Inspired by nature and by the creative weirdos of NYC, The Trees – three cute nerds who write strange-yet-catchy rock songs about decolonization and late-stage capitalism – enjoy playing with the line between uncomfortable and too much, while also still entertaining their fans.

Despite their inclination to push boundaries, experiment with sounds and song structure, and sing brazen lyrics, the heart of The Trees’ message is to foster intentional connection based on celebrating the planet, queerness, and creativity; to spread joy; and to contribute to the movement of liberation for all.
